EN SUITE EXTRA … ADD £6 per property visit for each bedroom with an EN SUITE.

PERIODIC inspections can be arranged by mutual agreement at negotiated cost (min £45).

INVENTORY UPDATES will be charged at approximately half the ‘MAKE’ price listed (min £50).

Kindly note

Excess mileage charges will apply for property visits beyond 5 miles from base.
All prices for properties within London postcode areas will be surcharged by £30 per visit.
The above prices apply to Monday-Saturday appointments commencing 9am-4pm.
If the accommodation in your property is not defined above then please contact us.
Part-Furnished properties will be costed mid-way between Furnished and Unfurnished.
